THE LOST CIRCUS

Inspired by a time when the circus filled an audience with wonder, this intimate performance was a little slice of carnivale. A fortune teller, a dancer and a clown lost in time invited the audience to fall into their pasts and let misplaced memories come alive.
The fortune teller would offer to read the card and each card would trigger a different type of story, encouraging the audience member to speak about their past. After sharing a story, each audience member received a memorable token to remember their trip back in time.
This was a part of a story collecting project that was continued for the City of Gosnells.
